It's Not A Goodbye, But A See You Later | Denver, Colorado Family Photographer

Writing this sweet blog post, is so sad. It's been almost a week since Emily and her sweet family left Colorado, on the road to Ohio. As a military family, you move every so often, sometimes with months notice, sometimes with weeks notice, but that still doesn't make it easier.

Emily and I became friends, when I wanted to steal her fresh babe to build up my birth portfolio. Emily and her husband Bryce, were on board. Well Emily's labor ended up being so fast that we did a fresh 48 instead. I got to document sweet Isabelle's very first day into this world.

Since that day, I have watched Emily raise not only Isabelle but Tessa and Jace as well. Emily, is not only an amazing mother, but amongst raising three beautiful children, she has become a really sincere friend. Emily, has been there for myself when I've needed a "break" from Tristan to do editing, offered to watch him whenever I need, if it's for a birth and as mentioned in my breastfeeding journey, has donated over 100oz of breastmilk to my precious babe.

Emily, has such a fun & quirky personality. Bryce her husband has a very bright personality as well. As for the children, you know how children are, fun, happy, energetic, but what makes these three even more amazing is that they are always snuggled up with their parents. You can see the love these three have for their mom & daddy, through their sweet eyes.

Emily and Bryce, wanted to document their last few days in Colorado and that's just what we did! We spent our session, laughing, running, telling jokes, getting the adults to be the high school sweethearts they were all over again and just soaking up all of the l o v e they had for one another.

Thank you Emily and Bryce, for allowing me to document your family's sweet girl earlier in the year to documenting your last weeks in Colorado. I truly do adore you all so much and cannot wait for our paths to cross again. <3
